Delivery Information

1. Standard Delivery

• Orders under 3,000 THB: fixed shipping fee 200 THB per order.
• Orders of 3,000 THB or more: free Standard Delivery.
• The threshold is based on merchandise total after discounts and before Store Credit, Gift Card or other payment methods.
• TIME2DRINK selects the appropriate carrier for the order and destination. This may be Grab Express or a parcel carrier such as Inter Express. The 200 THB fee is a fixed shipping fee, not the carrier's actual fare.
• If a customer requests a special or urgent service, or the order requires an unusually high delivery cost, any additional charge will be advised before dispatch.

2. Inter Express / Nationwide Parcel Delivery

• Dispatch: Monday–Friday.
• Cut-off: 12:00 noon. Orders confirmed and paid after the cut-off are normally dispatched on the next applicable business day.
• After handover to the carrier, normal transit is approximately 2–5 business days, depending on destination, route and carrier conditions. Arrival date/time is not guaranteed.
• If more than 5 business days have passed after handover without delivery, please contact TIME2DRINK. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution if the parcel cannot be located.
• An expedited Inter Express service may be available on request for an additional 100 THB per box. It is faster than the standard service but does not guarantee a specific arrival date or time.

3. Fast Delivery

• Products marked with the “Fast Delivery” badge are stocked for faster fulfillment, subject to final stock and condition checks.
• Published service hours: Monday–Friday, 13:00–19:00.
• For same-day service, please complete payment and confirmation by 19:00. Requests received later may be possible case-by-case but are not guaranteed.
• Normal delivery target is approximately 2–3 hours after confirmed payment, including preparation and Grab Express travel time. Traffic, rain, distance, peak periods and driver availability may affect timing.
• Some products without the “Fast Delivery” badge may occasionally be available for urgent delivery. Contact LINE OA to check availability and delivery cost; same-day service is not guaranteed.

4. Late Night Delivery

• Service hours: 20:00–00:00. Last Order 23:30.
• Delivery is by Grab Express from Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok.
• Late Night uses separate, limited stock. Please browse the Late Night Delivery page and contact LINE OA so Admin can confirm availability and delivery cost before the order is finalized.
• No fixed distance limit applies. Delivery availability and any additional charge depend on the actual destination, order size and Grab Express conditions.

5. Pick-up

• Pick-up is free and by confirmed appointment only at a meeting point near Big C, Imperial World Ladprao 81. The exact meeting point is confirmed by Admin.
• The Main Warehouse – Ladprao 81 is not a retail storefront and is not open for walk-in collection.
• Products marked with the “Fast Delivery” badge: Monday–Friday, 13:00–19:00. Please notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
• Products without the “Fast Delivery” badge may be collected after full advance payment and sourcing. Admin will confirm the ready date; same-day collection is not guaranteed.
• No cash or cash on delivery is accepted.

6. Orders with Multiple Items

• Items in one order are normally prepared and shipped together.
• If a customer asks us to split an order into multiple deliveries, additional delivery fees apply. If TIME2DRINK must split delivery due to our own issue, we cover the additional delivery cost.
• Orders not yet dispatched may be combined if they are going to the same address. Shipping fees are recalculated based on the final combined order and chosen delivery method.

7. No-Sale Days and Holidays

• On any date or period when alcohol sale or handover is prohibited by Thai law or an official order, no alcohol delivery or pick-up handover will take place. Customers may still place and pay for orders online for fulfillment before or after the prohibited period.
• No dispatch or handover takes place on company-designated/public holidays. Advance notices may be posted through LINE OA or other relevant channels.

8. Tracking, Receiving and Failed Delivery

• Tracking is normally provided by email, or by LINE OA when the customer communicates with us there.
• Please keep the recipient phone available. For Grab Express, the rider may wait up to 10 minutes at the destination if the recipient cannot be reached.
• If delivery fails because of an incorrect address/phone number, an unreachable recipient, or another customer-side issue, the customer is responsible for actual return and re-delivery costs. Free-shipping entitlement does not repeat for customer-caused re-delivery.
• If the customer instructs us to leave the order at a lobby, reception, doorstep or other designated point, delivery is considered complete once it is delivered there with proof. TIME2DRINK is not responsible for loss after successful handover at the requested point.

9. Packaging, Temperature and Delivery Claims

• All orders are delivered at normal ambient temperature. TIME2DRINK does not currently provide chilled or temperature-controlled / cold-chain delivery.
• If the outer shipping carton has only minor dents with no sign of leakage, wetness or breakage, please accept the parcel and record a continuous opening video before opening.
• If a carton is heavily damaged, wet, leaking or clearly indicates breakage, the customer may refuse delivery and contact TIME2DRINK.
• For breakage, leakage, wrong item, missing quantity, expired item or significant condition issues, please notify TIME2DRINK within 48 hours of successful delivery/handover with the order number and evidence. A continuous video starting before the sealed package is opened is strongly recommended and is required for missing-quantity claims.
• Customers do not need to file claims with Grab Express or Inter Express directly. TIME2DRINK will coordinate with the carrier and handle the approved customer resolution.
