Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped with trusted carriers, and shipping times typically range from 1-5 business days based on location.

Delivery Restrictions: We only deliver to addresses within Thailand, and recipients must be at least 20 years old. Age verification may be required upon delivery. If we cannot deliver due to restrictions, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on standard nationwide rates. Free shipping is available for orders that meet the specified threshold, as stated on the checkout page.

Delivery Issues: If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include reshipment or refunds in line with our Refund Policy.
