Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns and provide refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged items during shipping: If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
- Incorrect or missing products: If you receive the wrong item or quantities, report the issue within 48 hours.
- Expired products: If the product arrives expired, it must remain unopened and in its original condition.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Opened or used products.
- Items returned without prior notice.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the nature of our products.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing order details and evidence (such as photos).
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. All returned products must be in original packaging and condition.
- After inspecting the return, we will process a refund or replacement as agreed.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
- If a replacement is chosen, we will send the correct product free of charge.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or damaged products).
- In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
