TIME2DRINK does not sell alcoholic beverages to anyone under 20 years of age. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the purchaser and recipient are at least 20 years old. TIME2DRINK reserves the right to request proof of age or refuse a sale or handover where there is reasonable doubt regarding age or eligibility.

Once an order becomes a Confirmed Order, cancellation, return, or refund due solely to a change of mind, ordering mistake, or no longer wanting the product is not accepted, subject to applicable legal rights and valid claims.

If you notice a mistake immediately, please contact LINE OA as soon as possible. A change may only be possible if TIME2DRINK has not yet sourced the item, ordered it from a supplier, started processing, or incurred costs related to the item. Any change must be confirmed by Admin.

Our website accepts orders and payments 24/7. Select your products, add them to the cart, enter your delivery information, choose a payment method, and complete the order online.

LINE OA is recommended for Admin-assisted orders, Late Night Delivery, urgent delivery enquiries, order changes, bank-transfer slips, and tracking enquiries.

A website order is considered confirmed when payment has been successfully completed or verified and the order has been created in our system.

For LINE OA or Admin-assisted orders, the order is confirmed once the final items have been agreed and payment has been successfully verified.

Unpaid or failed-payment orders are not confirmed and do not reserve stock. An unpaid order may remain active for approximately 3 calendar days before cancellation. Promotions and free gifts are not reserved until the order is confirmed and paid within the applicable promotion period and conditions.

Stock availability can change and products are subject to a final stock and condition check before dispatch.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, TIME2DRINK will contact you before dispatch to offer a similar alternative or refund the unavailable item. We will not substitute a product without your approval.

If the unavailable item was the main reason for your purchase and you no longer want the remaining items, the entire order may be cancelled and refunded as appropriate.

TIME2DRINK products are sourced from verifiable suppliers, importers, distributors, or relevant distribution channels.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Labels, packaging, or boxes may vary by production lot or manufacturer. If the difference is significant, we may contact you for confirmation before dispatch.

Where a wine vintage is specifically stated on the product page, that vintage will be supplied unless a change is confirmed with you.

All products are delivered at ambient temperature. Refrigerated, temperature-controlled, and Cold Chain delivery are currently not available.

Available payment methods may include Credit/Debit Card, QR Payment, online payment methods, and direct bank transfer to the company account.

Cash and Cash on Delivery (COD) are not accepted.

For direct bank transfers, please send the payment slip every time via LINE OA or by replying to the order/payment email so that payment can be verified promptly.

No additional slip is required for Card, QR Payment, or supported online payments that TIME2DRINK can verify directly through the payment system.

Yes. Pick-up is free and available by confirmed appointment only near Big C, Imperial World Ladprao 81. Admin will confirm the exact meeting point.

Main Warehouse – Ladprao 81 is not a retail storefront and does not accept walk-in customers.

Fast Delivery items can normally be picked up Monday–Friday, 13:00–19:00, with at least 1 hour advance notice.

Non-Fast items require full advance payment and sourcing before a pick-up date can be confirmed. Same-day pick-up is therefore not guaranteed.

Yes. We recommend requesting a full tax invoice when placing your order and providing complete billing information so that it can be prepared and included with the shipment where possible.

Requesting it within approximately 3 days is recommended for smoother accounting processing, but this is not a deadline that removes your right to request an invoice.

Requests made later can still be processed but may require additional accounting verification and processing time.

Standard Delivery via Inter Express is dispatched Monday–Friday.

Late Night Delivery may operate on weekends subject to service availability.

However, during any period when Thai law or an official announcement prohibits the sale or handover of alcoholic beverages, no alcoholic beverages will be delivered or handed over through any service, including Pick-up.

Online ordering and payment may remain available for fulfillment before or after the prohibited period.

There is also no delivery or handover on company closure days.

Yes. Products displaying the Fast Delivery badge normally support Fast Delivery Monday–Friday, 13:00–19:00.

Under normal conditions, delivery takes approximately 2–3 hours after confirmed payment, including product preparation and Grab Express travel time.

Traffic, weather, distance, peak periods, order size, and driver availability may affect delivery time.

There is no fixed 15 km delivery limit. Some products without the Fast Delivery badge may occasionally be available for urgent same-day delivery. Please contact LINE OA to check availability and delivery fees.

Delivery times depend on the destination, product availability, and the delivery method selected by TIME2DRINK.

Grab Express
For Bangkok and nearby areas, TIME2DRINK may use Grab Express when suitable. Delivery timing depends on product availability, warehouse operating hours, distance, traffic, weather, and driver availability.

Products marked with the “Fast Delivery” badge normally support Fast Delivery Monday–Friday, 13:00–19:00. Under normal conditions, delivery may take approximately 2–3 hours after confirmed payment.

Inter Express
For destinations where parcel delivery is more suitable, TIME2DRINK uses Inter Express as the primary carrier.

For products marked with the “Fast Delivery” badge that are ready at the warehouse, orders confirmed and paid by approximately 12:00 PM, Monday–Friday, may be handed over to Inter Express on the same day.

For products without the “Fast Delivery” badge, additional preparation time may be required before dispatch. These orders are therefore normally dispatched on the next applicable business day, even if payment is confirmed before 12:00 PM.

After the parcel has been handed over to Inter Express, normal transit time is approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination, routing, and carrier workload.

TIME2DRINK will select the most appropriate delivery method for each order. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed for a specific date or time.

For standard delivery within Thailand:

• Orders below 3,000 THB are charged a 200 THB delivery fee per order
• Orders of 3,000 THB or more qualify for free standard delivery

The free delivery threshold is calculated based on the merchandise value after discounts and before applying Store Credit or Gift Cards.

Is there an additional charge for express delivery?

Express delivery services such as Grab Express may incur additional charges depending on the delivery distance, order size, and the type of vehicle required.

If any additional delivery charge applies, our team will inform you before dispatch.

Late Night Delivery uses separate and limited stock located in Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok and is delivered by Grab Express only.

Service hours are 20:00–00:00, with Last Order at 23:30 on applicable service days.

We recommend browsing the Late Night Delivery page and contacting LINE OA so Admin can confirm actual stock availability and delivery costs before finalizing your order.

There is no fixed 15 km delivery limit.

Late Night Delivery is not available during legal alcohol no-sale periods or company closure days.

Please notify TIME2DRINK within 48 hours after successful delivery or handover and provide your order number and relevant evidence.

We strongly recommend recording a continuous opening video starting before the sealed package is opened and continuing until all contents are clearly shown. An opening video is required for missing-quantity claims.

If the outer shipping carton is heavily damaged, wet, leaking, or clearly shows signs that the contents may be broken, you may refuse the delivery and contact TIME2DRINK immediately.

You do not need to submit a claim directly to Grab Express or Inter Express. TIME2DRINK will review the case and coordinate with the carrier where necessary.

Returns or refunds due solely to a change of mind after a Confirmed Order are not accepted.
